Deposits:

A deposit of 1/3 of the total time booked is required at least seven days before your scheduled session. The deposit is non-refundable, with the exception in extreme cases.

Payment:

 Payment is due in full at the end of the session, before any media will be released. Other payment arrangments may be agreed upon before the booking of session time. This is up to Digital Warehaus Productions disgression.

Session Data:

Digital Warehaus Productions will hold all your Pro Tools and associated files on site, for up to 3 months. After this time, the client is responsible for any Back Up cost, ie DVD-R media and TIME, required in archiving the files. DWP will attempt to contact the owner of said files before any cost are incurred.

Legal:

Digital Warehaus Productions is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property on the site, during, before or after any session.
Said property includes your personal being, and any other beings under your guardianship or care.
